What is deleted
- Pet parents: your profile, pets, saved businesses, membership and sign-in details.
- Businesses: your business account, services, campaigns and Featured placements. Your public listing stays in the directory as unclaimed.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records, as required by tax law, without a link to your account.
- Enquiries and reviews you sent to businesses, without your account attached.
- A backup copy for up to 180 days so an account deleted by mistake can be restored on request; after that it is gone for good.
